Throughout the world people are using music and songs to bring about change. This session examines the concept of ‘protest’ in a positive light - looking at how we can engage in protest, as well as the spirituality of protest.
In a very practical way, this session encourages your group to use music to reflect on three global issues (climate justice, overseas aid and trade justice). At the end of the session, you may have a finished piece that you would like to share with the wider community, or your local electoral candidates as an expression of protest.
