This session is focussed around the theme of 'solidarity', and encourages those in the group to think about what they may have in common with other people. Through a variety of games and reflective exercises, the group can begin to consider solidarity as a concept more profound than 'similarity'.
This shared commonality then moves towards thinking of the challenge that Christians
have to reach out and care for those we are never likely to meet face-to-face. Finally, the session examines how the general election offers an opportunity to act ‘in solidarity’ through political engagement.
